The Wine lover the team blind tastes and evaluates around 25,000 wines each year. These range from small production bottlings to major releases from global brands and everything in between.

We were curious to see how our scores stacked up against real-world buying habits, so we took a look at some of the top-selling bottles in the Vivino online marketplace. With the aim of helping you decide which ones to buy, or just to see a ranking of the most popular bottles on the internet in one place, here are our most recent ratings and reviews on current offerings from some of the most requested brands in the world. online retail.

Lapis Luna 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon (Lodi); $ 13, 86 points. Rich, round and darkly fruity, this wine offers additional maturity and supple tannins for a very full, almost sweet effect.–JG

Josh Cellars 2018 Bourbon Barrel Aged Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (California); $ 19, 88 points. This powerful and full-bodied wine is moderately tannic, well concentrated and shows good oak character in the nuances of cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg that emerge over time in the glass. –JG

Château d’Arcins 2015 Haut-Médoc; $ 24, 89 points. This wine has dry, old-fashioned tannins that frame the blackcurrant fruit on the palate. It will soften as it ripens to provide crunchy fruit and cleaner tannins. Drink from 2023. Luneau USA Inc. –VR

Cabernet Sauvignon Decoy 2018 (Napa Valley); $ 25, 89 points. Well integrated fruity flavors and subtle oak flavors give this medium to full bodied wine a nice balance and a pleasant calm to sip on. It brings out black cherry, cinnamon and a flavorful and lingering touch of vanilla. –JG

Abandon the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon (Lake County-Napa County); $ 30, 90 points. An element of roundness, almost sweetness, gives this wine a soft drinkability despite a high level of tannin. The deep, mouth-watering flavors of blueberry and blackberry jam are enhanced by baking spices, cloves and cedar. Best until 2023. –JG

Bogle 2018 Juggernaut Cabernet Sauvignon (California); $ 20, 90 points. Opulent black fruit flavors pair well with accents of mint, chocolate and cedar in this full bodied wine with a velvety texture. Layered and full in the mouth, it offers abundant supple tannins to keep it appetizing. –JG

Cabernet Sauvignon Duckhorn 2017 (Napa Valley); $ 78, 90 points. It’s a sweet, round and attractive red, juicy with blackberry and black cherry. Ripe tannins add to the richness and opulent palate, ending with accents of clove and toasted oak. –Virginia Boone

Gloria Ferrer NV Sonoma Brut Method Champenoise Sparkling (Carneros); $ 22, 90 points. A rich and exuberant nose of apple and spray leads to a steel mouth built by a nervous and concentrated acidity. Accents of oyster shell and earth permeate the mid-palate of this Pinot Noir-dominant sparkling wine. –VB

Groth 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon (Oakville); $ 65, 93 points. Blended with 9% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot, this Cabernet opens with earthy aromas of tar, sage and cedar.
